Sophia got in the laundry hamper and took out one of my shirts and tried dressing herself. Her head and arm is in a sleeve. Easy halloween costumes, of course I'll sew up the slit.

Ethan's New Room

Ethan has been climbing in the hall cupboard to take a nap. We are considering making this his bed so Sophie can have the bottom bunk, plus he gets his own room;) If we have another baby we can put Sophie on the bottom shelf when the next baby needs a bed. Don't worry I organized it yesterday.

Water fun at the park

Today we went to the park. Brandon and the kids had fun at the water playground which has buckets that fill up and dump water on you and water that shoots out of the ground. Brandon also took Ethan in the pool where he jumped off the side into Brandon's arms. He later saw people jumping off the high dive and asked "Daddy off that one." Crazy kid. They didn't allow pictures so I took some after their fun in the water.

Olympic Training

She likes to sit on the potty. Hopefully she'll be out of diapers soon.

Babies Napping

I was sitting on the couch with both of them, looked over and they had fallen asleep like this. Sophie half woke up and laid back down in the other position. There has been a heat wave here and we don't have air conditioning, that's why they're so sweaty.

I had laid Sophie down for her nap. Ethan I gave a snack, turned on a movie, and then went to take a shower. When I got out this is where I found him. They love each other.

Happy Birthday

For Brandon's birthday we went to dinner and a movie (finally we got to go out on a date with just the two of us). We went to BJ's and watched Iron Man. The next day I made a chocolate cake (from scratch) with a chocolate cream cheese frosting. And a birthday is not a birthday until you're sung to. Ethan wanted us to sing to him as well and wanted to blow out the candles again.

Lets Go Fly a Kite

Ethan liked flying his kite, as did Sophie. We had fun.
Mommy accidently let it go and it got caught in the neighbors tree, still flying. It later broke free after an hour or two and flew away.

Tonight Brianne made pizza on the barbecue, with alfredo sauce and grilled chicken. Look at the pictures to see whether it was good or not.

We finally got a barbecue, grilled some salmon, potatoes and corn. Mmmm!

We had lunch and watched the MotoGP race at Newcomb's today.

Carebear cutie

Sophie's bear and pj's match. She loves her glow-in-the-dark carebear. Tonight she is having a tough time going to bed.
