Tonight Brianne made pizza on the barbecue, with alfredo sauce and grilled chicken. Look at the pictures to see whether it was good or not.

We finally got a barbecue, grilled some salmon, potatoes and corn. Mmmm!

Nice Pizza! Do you cook the whole thing on the BBQ, or just the crust??? I have seen a crust done on the food network, but never the whole pizza, toppings and all!

The whole pizza was made on the barbie. We first grilled the chicken which was so falvorful and juicy. Then you grill the dough and once you flip it over, you add your toppings. When the cheese is melted you're done. The crust is...well, really crusty and yummy. The first one got burnt because we didn't distribute the heat. It needs to be cooked at low or indirect heat. The second pizza came out perfect. You need to try it. Bobby Flay was my favorite on the food network and he's the one I first saw grilling pizza.
