Tagged with the Letter E

I was tagged by Samantha since I read her blog to make a list of ten things I like that start with the letter E. She got tagged with the letter D. So I'll make it like Samantha's and tag whoever reads my blog with the letter F. Wonder if that means that Samantha, you have the letter F and get tagged again? (Only if you want to, I guess.) Not sure how this tagging stuff works with tag backs. Here's my E list:
1. Ethan (of course I don't just like, I LOVE HIM!)
2. Exercising (Yes, I actually do like it.)
3. Easter
4. Egg rolls
5. Eclipses (both lunar and solar)
6. Everybody (okay seriously not everybody, but it seems that way.)
7. Emeralds (who doesn't?)
8. Eating (okay this should of been further up on the list.)
9. Energy (sometimes I wish I had more.)
10. Echos, echos, echos.....
